Who We Are

Luxway SGMY is operated by Luxway Asia Transport, which runs this website at sgmytrips.asia and provides private car transfers and day trips between Singapore and Malaysia. For any privacy question, email us at luxwayasiatransport@gmail.com.

What We Collect

When you use our booking or contact forms, or chat with us on WhatsApp, we may receive:

• Your name
• Your phone or WhatsApp number, and your email address if you share it
• Trip details: date and time, pick-up and drop-off addresses, destination, number of passengers, luggage, flight number and special requests such as child seats
• Anything else you choose to tell us in your messages

When you browse the site, analytics and advertising tools also collect technical information such as your device type, browser, approximate location and the pages you visit — see “Cookies, Analytics and Advertising” below.

How Our Forms Work

Our booking and contact forms do not store your entries on this website. When you press send, the form opens WhatsApp with your details filled into a message, and nothing is shared with us until you send that message yourself. From then on, the conversation is held in WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta and covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

Why We Use Your Information

• To give you a quote and confirm your booking
• To assign a driver and vehicle and carry out your trip
• To contact you about your trip — for example pick-up timing, changes or delays
• To answer your questions and handle feedback or complaints
• To understand how visitors use our website and improve it, and to measure how well our online ads work
• To keep the business records we are required to keep

We do not use your details for unrelated purposes, and we will not send you marketing messages you have not agreed to.

Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

This website uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking. These tools use cookies and similar technologies to record things like which pages are visited, how long people stay and whether someone who clicked one of our ads went on to contact us. The information is reported to us in aggregate and does not tell us who you are by name.

Google processes this data under its own policies and may do so outside Singapore and Malaysia. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, manage ad personalisation in your Google account, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site still works if you block these cookies.

Who We Share It With

• The driver assigned to your trip, who receives the details needed to pick you up and drop you off
• Service providers that help us run the business, such as WhatsApp for messaging and Google for website analytics and advertising
• Authorities, where the law requires us to

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

How Long We Keep It

We keep booking details for as long as we need them to complete your trip, handle any follow-up questions, and meet our record-keeping obligations. After that, we delete them or keep them in a form that no longer identifies you.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, data protection laws such as Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act give you rights over your personal data. In general, you can:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you and request a copy
• Ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date
• Withdraw your consent to us using your data, subject to any information we must keep by law
• Tell us you do not want to receive marketing messages

Security

We limit access to your booking details to the people who need them to arrange your trip, and we take reasonable steps to protect them from loss and misuse. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information — such as full passport or bank details — that we have not asked for.

Children

Our service is booked by adults. If you include a child’s age or needs in your booking — for example, to arrange a child seat — we use that information only for your trip.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when our services or the tools we use change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
