When you book, send us your flight number, the date and the terminal you are landing at. The driver plans around your actual arrival rather than the time printed on your ticket, so an early landing or a delay simply moves the pick-up — keep us updated on WhatsApp if anything changes.

Straight Across the Causeway or Second Link

From Changi, the expressways lead north to Woodlands for the Causeway, or west to Tuas for the Second Link. The Causeway is shorter and suits drop-offs in central and eastern JB; the Second Link takes longer to reach but can be quicker overall for Iskandar Puteri and Legoland, or whenever the Causeway queue is long. Your driver chooses on the day based on live traffic.

Leaving Singapore is busiest on weekday evenings after work, on Friday nights and on the eve of public holidays. If your flight lands at those times, expect a longer wait at the checkpoint — your fare stays the same whatever the traffic.

Luggage, Vehicles and Entering Malaysia

Airport runs mean more luggage than usual, so choose the vehicle by bags as well as by people. The Toyota Innova takes one big case plus three hand-carry bags; the Alphard, Vellfire and Staria take two big cases plus four smaller ones. For a family with several large suitcases, or a group of seven or more, the Toyota Hiace or 18-seater van is the safe choice. Light travellers, four or fewer, can use the standard car.

At the Malaysian checkpoint everyone stays in the car and hands passports through the window. Most foreign visitors must also complete the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) online before arriving; Malaysians do not need it, and some nationalities are exempt, so check the official Malaysian Immigration site for your passport.
