Private Car from Senai Airport to Singapore

Senai International Airport (airport code JHB) is Johor’s main airport, a short drive north-west of Johor Bahru. Plenty of Singapore-bound travellers land here on purpose — domestic flights from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Kuching or Kota Kinabalu are often cheaper than flying into Changi, and the airport is far less crowded. The catch has always been the last leg: getting from Senai across the border with all your luggage.

That is the part we handle. A Luxway SGMY driver meets you at Senai arrivals, drives you to the Causeway or the Second Link, keeps you seated through Malaysian and Singapore immigration and drops you at your home, hotel or office in Singapore. The fare is fixed per car with tolls, checkpoint fees, fuel and parking included, and you pay the driver in cash when you get there — no deposit.

Why Fly into Senai When You Are Going to Singapore?

Senai handles mostly domestic routes, so for travellers coming from elsewhere in Malaysia it can be the simpler and cheaper landing point. It is a regular trick for Singapore residents returning from a holiday in Sabah, Sarawak or Penang, and for Malaysian families visiting relatives in Singapore. A smaller terminal also means shorter walks and a quicker exit once you land.

The saving only works if the ground leg is easy. A private car turns it into one smooth trip: no taxi queue, no bus to the city, no walking through the checkpoint with suitcases, and no second ride on the Singapore side.

Your Arrival Pick-up at Senai

  • Book with your flight number, date and expected landing time
  • Your driver confirms the meeting point at arrivals on WhatsApp
  • Collect your bags, then message the driver — no rushing needed
  • Flight early or late? Tell us and we will adjust the pick-up time
  • Need a child seat? Request it when booking (SGD 10 / RM 35 per seat)

Driver details and the exact meeting spot are always confirmed on WhatsApp before your flight lands, so you know who to look for.

The Drive from Senai to Singapore

From the airport, the highways lead south either to the Causeway in central Johor Bahru or west towards the Second Link at Tuas. Roughly, the Causeway suits drop-offs in the north, east and centre of Singapore, while the Second Link suits Jurong, the west and Sentosa — but traffic decides in the end, and your driver will check the queues before choosing.

In normal traffic, plan on a little over an hour from Senai to Singapore, with more time needed at busy periods. Weekday mornings bring heavy commuter traffic into Singapore, and Sunday evenings and the last day of holidays are crowded too. If you have a choice of flights, a midday or late-evening arrival usually makes for the smoothest crossing.

Choosing a Vehicle for Senai

A couple or a small family travelling light fits easily in the Toyota Innova, which takes one large suitcase and three smaller bags. With more luggage — typical after a long holiday — the Alphard, Vellfire or Staria gives you space for two large cases and four hand-carry bags, plus captain seats.

Bigger groups can travel together in the Toyota Hiace or 18-seater van; for Senai pick-ups these are quoted on WhatsApp, so send us your group size and luggage and we will come back with a price. Flying out of Senai instead? We drive the reverse route from Singapore at the same fares.

Every Ride Includes

  • Fixed, all-inclusive fare — tolls, fuel, and parking covered
  • Zero deposit — pay your driver in cash on arrival
  • Door-to-door service — no transfers, no bus terminals
  • Stay in the vehicle through immigration at both crossings
  • Professional, experienced cross-border drivers
  • 24/7 availability
